These Terms and Conditions govern your use of unsaved.io and the Unsaved service (“Service”) operated by Unsaved (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Unsaved is an AI-powered bookmark manager that lets you save, organize, search, and revisit web content and social media posts. The Service includes the web application, browser extensions, API, and MCP integration.

The Service is currently in early access / waitlist phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you save through Unsaved (bookmarks, notes, collections). We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. This includes AI processing (summarization, tagging, embedding, search) performed on your bookmarks.

You can export or delete your content at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the Service or other users’ experience
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal usage
Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

5. Pricing and Payment

The current pricing is displayed on our website. We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. If you disagree with a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI Features

Our AI features (summarization, auto-tagging, semantic search, RAG chat, Daily Review) are provided on a best-effort basis. AI-generated content (summaries, tags, search results, answers) may contain errors and should not be relied upon as authoritative.

AI processing runs on European servers. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unsaved is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, we remove all your personal data and bookmarks within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when possible.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website at least 15 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
